When we ship

All our jewellery is handmade in the Netherlands. As soon as your payment has come in, we get to work for you. We usually ship within 1–3 working days; a large order can take a little longer. If it takes longer than expected, we will let you know.

How we ship

We ship with PostNL, within the Netherlands and abroad. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with a track and trace code so you can see where it is. Parcels worth more than € 100 are sent insured and only delivered against a signature.

Shipping costs

• Netherlands: € 4,95, free from € 50. Expected delivery time 1–2 working days after dispatch.
• Belgium and Germany: € 5,95, free from € 100. Expected delivery time 2–4 working days.
• France, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy and Austria: € 8,95, free from € 100. Expected delivery time 3–6 working days.

All amounts include VAT. You will see the shipping costs for your address in your basket and at checkout, before you pay. We do not ship to other countries yet; feel free to get in touch if you would like to order from another country.

Delivery times are estimates. Sometimes the carrier takes a little longer, for example around the holidays.

Wrong address or not accepted

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or it was not accepted, we will gladly send it again, but the cost of that second shipment is for you.
