Twilly scarves: a small scarf with a big effect

A Twilly scarf is a long, narrow scarf you can wear in dozens of ways. Around your neck, in your hair, on your bag or around your wrist: one little scarf gives any outfit a new twist. Our Twilly scarves are made by hand in our own atelier and suit kids and adults alike. And because we love colour at LOVEissue, there is always a print that makes you smile.

Two fabrics, each with its own character

We make our Twilly scarves from two kinds of cotton:

• Egyptian cotton: Blue bouquet, Colorful garden, Coral flowers and Pastel flowers are made of 100% Egyptian cotton. The long fibres give a smooth, softly lustrous finish and the rich colours stand out straight away. Easy care, too: they can go in the washing machine without losing their shape or colour.
• Voile cotton: Pink leopard, Denim, Pastels and checked lila white are made of soft voile cotton. Light, breathable and comfortable, so they are lovely to wear all year round.

Which print suits you?

If you love flowers, you are spoilt for choice. Coral flowers is warm and summery, Blue bouquet fresh and bright, Colorful garden a celebration of colour and Pastel flowers soft and romantic. For a bolder touch, choose Pink leopard, a playful take on the classic leopard print. Denim and checked lila white are calm prints that go with almost anything, and Pastels is a gentle mix of light shades. Love colourful? Then go ahead and combine two scarves.

How to wear a Twilly scarf

• Around your neck: fold it in half and tie it loosely, or make a small bow at the side. Lovely with a white blouse, a jumper or a T-shirt.
• In your hair: use it as a headband, tie it around a ponytail or bun, or braid it through your hair. On little ones it makes a sweet headband.
• On your bag: wrap it around the handle or tie it in a bow. Your bag instantly looks different.
• Around your wrist: wrap it a few times around your wrist and wear it next to your bracelets.

Combining with jewellery

A Twilly scarf looks great with jewellery too. Wear it around your neck with a delicate necklace above it, or choose a print that picks up the colours of your necklaces.
